The word “Meditation” has many layers wrapped around it. Some say it is a way to reach God. Some say it helps to relieve Stress and increase Concentration. Some say it helps to keep ugly Diseases away. I firmly believe meditation makes you pause and reflect within your inner self to know what exactly is happening inside YOU.

Meditation is a means of knowing your thoughts and intentions in a better way. It helps to simplify and break down your worries and anxieties so that it can be identified and dealt promptly.

It needs no resources or any investment. You just need a quiet place and a chair/rug ideally. But the best part is that it can be done anywhere and everywhere.

Beginners can start with sitting still and focussing on the breath. There are tons of versions of guided meditation videos online. Choose any one that resonates with you and start away!

Do not expect any changes or results immediately. Consistency is the key for any new habit to be sustained over a long time. Meditating everyday definitely creates a positive routine and brings a gradual but a long term difference in your life.

Make sure not to stop or break the routine. It will give you answers for the questions that have always intrigued you. It will teach you patience and benefits of slowing down. It will heko you reach your highest self and achieve all your goals eventually.
